China visa coordination for travel agencies and tour organizers
Build a clear handoff between traveler, organizer and service provider. Start with existing CEV services and confirm availability for the actual applications before collecting originals.

One online account does not mean one application
Los Angeles's published instructions allow an online account to submit applications for multiple people, without a stated numerical limit. They also allow another person or agency to submit physical materials. These are official-system capabilities, not a CEV enterprise-account feature or a promise to accept any batch.
Keep each traveler's facts, consent, corrections and application status separate. Confirm the responsible consular office from the traveler's residence; the agency's business address does not automatically determine everyone's jurisdiction.
Agree who owns each handoff
| Traveler | Organizer | CEV, if the service is selected |
|---|---|---|
| Checks personal information and provides requested documents. | Keeps an anonymous readiness roster and follows up on missing items. | Provides form review or photo processing within the confirmed scope. |
| Approves the application information and responds to questions. | Identifies who monitors status and communicates corrections. | Confirms receiving instructions for the purchased service before originals are sent. |
| Checks the returned passport and visa. | Reconciles every returned document with its owner. | Handles selected consulate drop-off, pick-up and tracked shipping arrangements. |
Do not share account passwords in a group roster. Agree how applicants authorize assistance and how sensitive documents will be sent before collection begins. Never treat one traveler's completed review as approval for the rest.
Before asking about a batch, prepare this brief
- Approximate traveler count, intended departure and return window, US residence states and broad travel purposes; no passport scans in an initial general inquiry.
- Which stages need support: review, photos, consulate handoff, passport return, or the published VIP package.
- Whether travelers need different return destinations, have other passport-dependent trips, or may change their itinerary.
- Who may approve corrections and receive updates; identify a backup organizer.
Confirm service availability, the quoted scope, official-fee exclusions, shipping and payment arrangements before placing orders. No wholesale price, commission, volume discount, dedicated account manager or monthly credit is promised on this page. Group L partner arrangements are not offered here.
