Use the complete receiving instructions confirmed for your current order. Do not send original documents to an address copied from an old message, search result or unrelated Office page.

## Use the Office assigned to your service

The applicant's location and selected service affect the handoff route. Confirm the Office and the complete recipient details in the order before purchasing a label.

## Mail and appointments are different

A mail intake location is not automatically a walk-in counter. Where an appointment handoff is available, confirm both the address and time before travelling.

## If information conflicts

Pause mailing and contact support through the order or support page. Ask CEV to confirm the current instructions; do not guess which address is correct.
