## Drop-off and pick-up

Drop-off is for delivering the prepared physical packet. Pick-up is for collecting documents when the collection requirements are met. Choosing both covers the two purchased handoffs; shipping is configured separately unless included in your package.

## VIP assistance

VIP service includes application preparation and review, photo processing and consular handoffs as described in the selected package. Check the package's shipping inclusions and official-fee exclusions before deciding.
